- Using Computer-Assisted Design Or Engineering Software And Equipment To Do A Diverse Array Of Engineering Activities.
- Having Discussions With Clients, Engineers, And Others About Current Or Prospective Engineering Goods Or Projects.
- Creating electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations comply with standards and customer requirements.
- Developing standards or specifications for construction, manufacturing, or installation by performing a variety of detailed calculations.
- Ensuring Compliance With Specifications, Codes, Or Customer Requirements By Coordinating Or Directing Installation, Manufacture, Construction, Maintenance, Documentation, Support, Or Testing Operations.
- Producing reports and compiling data pertaining to current and future electrical engineering projects and studies.
- Developing purchasing specifications for electrical equipment and materials.
- Supervising Or Training Members of the Project Team
- Material, labor, and construction cost estimation for budget preparation.
- Maintaining Electrical Equipment.
- Collaboration With Many Technicians
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- A Professional Engineer License.
- Familiarity with or a willingness to learn the necessary software.
- Familiarity with applicable electronic engineering codes.
- Software Expertise In Design And Calculation
