To be successful in this position, you must have at least 3-5 years of leadership experience in a Human Resources capacity, a post-secondary education in Human Resources (CHRP recommended), and experience working in a unionized setting. Additionally, you should have expertise in people management and organization development, as well as a track record of successfully implementing and sustaining these programs in a variety of climates.
